Confetti
Confetti is the most exuberant work in Juno Pike's Chromatic Pop. A joyful scatter of small circles, dots and triangles tumbles like thrown confetti across large flat fields of blue, lime, orange and hot pink, every shape ringed in crisp black. Pike packs the surface with playful incident, the little forms bouncing against the broad colour zones in a celebration of pure pattern. There is no subject, only festivity — colour as sheer delight.
