The Wisteria Trellis
Dark-brown wooden pergola crossing the composition horizontally at top, from which dense wisteria clusters Cascade — petals in two tones: lavender-violet and white-cream; bright-green stylised oval leaves. Clusters fall like thick curtains to mid-composition. Below the pergola centre-bottom a Japanese woman in Peach-pink kimono with white floral motifs and vermilion-red obi sash, black hair gathered in chignon with gold hair-pin, back-view turned slightly upward gazing at wisteria.
