A young Tahitian woman about 22, Front-facing standing centre composition in ceremonial-statuesque ritual offering pose. Warm terracotta ocra-rose skin. Massive statuesque oval face, simplified Polynesian features, strong nose, full bordeaux-red lips, large black-brown eyes lowered onto basket in sacred contemplation, devotional serene expression. Long straight loose black hair falling over shoulders, Frangipani Lei garland of white-cream flowers with yellow hearts woven on head as ceremonial diadem.
